Public speech

PUBLIC SPEECH TRAINING

Is performing in front of an audience associated with a lot of stress and challenge? Only peace - no one is born an outstanding orator. Stage spotlights, evaluative glances and fear of performance, as well as the possibility of making mistakes can lead to lamp fever and uncontrolled body language.
The first impression of a person occurs in the first 7 seconds. These seconds are vital if you want to create a compelling, inspiring impression of yourself.
Presentation and speech skills can be trained for everyone.
Fear is overcome, adrenaline is controllable and can be turned into a positive experience.

WE OFFER

Training individually or in a group

1. Filming and analysis of speech and body language
2. Authentic style cultivation (highlight your unique qualities, obscure shortcomings)
3. Building inner confidence - how to deal with anxiety and lamp fever?
4. Text correction
5. "Training" your best speech.
6. Presentation structure

TRAINING IN A GROUP - 10 people

Theoretical lecture and practical workshop

The first part of the training is devoted to a theoretical insight into working with the audience and the basic principles of "ideal presentation". How to properly prepare for a speech, how to structure your speech, how to keep the audience's attention, how to present technical information perceptibly, how to transform anxiety in your favor.

In the practical workshop, participants are actively involved and practically working on their speeches, presenting them and gaining feedback from the audience and the lecturer.

In addition: How to answer complex, provocative questions? How to steer the conversation in the right direction?
